Please complete this registration form.
Also, please fill out & sign a release form the first time your child attends. These release forms are available in the Awana office.
Items to purchase:
We recommend that you purchase a handbook for your child before Awana begins or after he/she completes his/her club booklet - whichever comes first. Handbooks cost $10.
Other items (shirts, vests, and bags) will be available for purchase, beginning a couple weeks before Awana starts.
