INFORMATION:
Hey kids! How would you like to be part of an exciting club designed especially for you? AWANA is the place. You will have a great time with a load of fun packed into each Wednesday night, as well as a variety of special activities. You will want to return every week!
However, AWANA is about much more than just a good time. We are all about reaching boys and girls with the Gospel of Christ, and training them to serve Him! Each boy and girl will grow in Bible knowledge and application. We want to help you grow in ways pleasing to God and to your parents!
AWANA Clubs meet at First Baptist Church on Wednesday nights from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. Please pick up a Parent Newsletter and it will help you to be informed of special nights and activities.
AWANA dues are $10 for the year and will be received at registration on September 10.
Q: What do kids do at AWANA?
A: A lot! Arriving on time means they won't miss out on all the fun and action!
NEW THIS FALL! Kid's J.A.M. Session from 5:30 - 6:00 p.m. each Wednesday night.
J.A.M. (Jesus and Music) is for children K4 through 6th Grade. It includes Art, Chimes, Choir, Drama, Orff Orchestra, Object Lessons, and Games.

Structure of an AWANA Evening:
5:00 - Dinner is served in the Fellowship Hall (Under age 3 Free, Students $3, Adults $6, Family $15)
5:25 - Check in begins for all Clubbers
5:30 - Kid's J.A.M. Session with Bro. Bryan in the Children's Ministry Room
5:45 - Adult Prayer Meeting with Pastor Ken Thornton in Room 202
6:00 - AWANA Opening Ceremony in the Children's Ministry Room
6:10 - Clubbers go to Handbook Time, Council Time, and Game Time
7:30 - Parents pick up children at the Cafe' Court
