INFORMATION:
Every summer, for one full week, Bay Leaf Baptist Church has Vacation Bible School for children of BLBC and the surrounding community. Hundreds of children attend VBS at Bay Leaf each summer because it is so exciting and thrilling. Children have the opportunity build new friendships, learn God’s Word, apply biblical truths to their lives, and have tons of fun!
This year's theme is Journey Off The Map. Journey Off The Map will take your children to uncharted territory where they will begin to understand that obedience to God can lead them beyond the expected. So, tell your children to toss the map, stick close to their guide, and prepare to listen for God’s direction in this journey that is unknown to us, but known by Him.
PLEASE NOTE: Children have to be 4 years old by June 22, 2015 in order to participate in Vacation Bible School. 4 year olds will experience VBS like all of the other age groups with the exception of beginning the morning and ending the day in the Chapel.
VBS Motto: This is the way. Walk in it.
VBS Scripture: Isaiah 30:21
And whenever you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear this command behind you: “This is the way. Walk in it.” (HCSB)
