Kidz Extreme 2015

INFORMATION:
We can't wait for Kidz Extreme at Petal FBC! It's going to be AWESOME!!!!
GROUPS: NOTE: AS OF TUESDAY, JUNE 2, PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED!
1. PRESCHOOLERS ages 4-5. PRESCHOOLERS will use Lifeway VBS curriculum.
2. KIDS: Children who have COMPLETED grades K-5th. (PLEASE NOTE: Your child must have completed Kindergarten through 5th grade. (EX: If your child just completed a grade, they must be enrolled in the grade JUST COMPLETED, not the grade they will be going into in the Fall.) The KIDS program is designed for Bible Study mixed in with basic instruction in various groups such as Flag Football, Cooking, Cheer, Sewing, and many more!!
3. MIDDLE SCHOOLERS: Students who have COMPLETED 6th-8th grades. MIDDLE SCHOOLERS have a venue all their own!

PETAL FBC RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
I give permission for the child registered here to participate in all KIDZ EXTREME activities. I also give my permission for him or her to ride in the Church Van or other authorized private vehicle to and from Petal Primary Schools or other designated place in the event of rain, driven by authorized personnel. By checking yes on the registration page, I hereby release PFBC, its employees, or any adult in whose care the minor has been entrusted, from all liability associated with participation in any activity, or while driving to and from this event.
