INFORMATION:
The Journey Church presents our second annual Special Needs VBS! Come out and join us Wednesday through Saturday, October 14-17 as we Journey Off the Map to celebrate the joy of coming to know and be known by our amazing Creator.
Our goal at the Journey church is to display Christ as being more glorious and more precious than anything you could ever imagine and that through Him, we can find that He is "a very present help in time of trouble" (Psalm 46:1). We recognize that children with special needs and their families face difficulties every single day that some of us can't even begin to imagine. Our mission and our aim is to show that through Christ (and through the people of His church), one can find joy, peace, rest, comfort, encouragement, and acceptance in times of great need. The words "Imago Dei" mean "The image of God". The Bible says that we are all created "in the image of God." We are his "image-bearers" and so are they.
