Pinewood Derby

INFORMATION:
Bring your pre-built car for a chance to win Pinewood Derby glory. Check-in will be from 5:45-6:05 PM, with the races starting at 6:15 PM. There will be hot dogs, chips, cake and drinks.
Grand Prix Rules
• Awards given for fastest cars and best design.
• Double elimination
• Total weight cannot exceed 5 ounces
• Width 2 3/4 inches/ Length 7 inches (includes trim)
• Width between wheels 1 3/4 inches/bottom clearance between car and track 3/8 inch.
• All trim, weights, and accessories must be permanently attached to the car
• Axles may be moved, but cannot protrude beyond the front of the car.
• Sanding of the wheels and polishing of the axles is allowed.
• Wheel bearings, washers and bushings are prohibited.
• Car must be freewheeling, with no starting devices, motors or engines.
Age Divisions from Kids - Adults. You must be registered to participate. The registration deadline is Wednesday, January 22nd.
