VBS 2018 Registration

INFORMATION:
Welcome to the VBS 2018: Mega Sports & Creative Arts Camp!
Preschoolers (ages 3 by April 1through 5 years and potty trained) through 1st graders are welcome to join us from 9:00-11:30 am each day for a morning of fun VBS activities. These kiddos will get to experience a variety of sports throughout the week, participate in fun Bible story times, and more!
Students who have completed grades 2-6 are invited to join us for a morning of VBS activities, followed by lunch and daily field trips from 9:00 am-3:30 pm. During the morning, these students will get to choose ONE area of focus for the week. Options may include basketball, soccer, floor hockey, flag football, olympic sports, and creative arts (sections will be cut if there is not enough interest). Students in 2nd-6th grade should bring their own bag lunch each day.
If you have a request for a leader or other student in your child's class, please note that in the comments section of the registration form.
Payments can be made on the Lord of Life website (lol.org) under the 'Kids' section or a check can be dropped off in the main church office or mailed to:

Sometime in May or early June, you'll receive an email from me confirming your child's sports placement for the week.
