INFORMATION:
Gear Up! Get Ready! Game On! This year's Vacation Bible School is open for online registration! Please complete a separate online child registration form for each child attending VBS.
REGISTRATION NOTES:
- When registering your child, please be sure to provide information on all allergies, including food allergies, as dinner is provided for the children Sunday-Thursday.
- Because we value your child's safety, your child will be released to leave with ONLY an individual you have authorized. Therefore, we recommended you provide more than one name for individuals authorized to pick-up your child. This will prevent a delay in releasing your child in the event you experience an unforeseen circumstance and need to send someone else for child pick-up.
VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION:
Volunteers, please remember to provide your Social Security number to the church office at 361-643-4253 if you do not already have a Children's Department background check on file. Please do NOT include this confidential and sensitive information anywhere on your online registration form.
