VBS 2018 - GAME ON

INFORMATION:
We're so glad you have chosen FBC Bloomfield's Game ON VBS for you child! With the safety of your child in mind please help us with the following requests:
1. List anyone you authorize to pick up your child from VBS. We will be checking to making sure no one picks up your child that you have not previously authorized.
2. What ever transportation method you use for your child to arrive a VBS, parent drop-off, church van, or walking, that is how they will need to return at the end of the VBS day unless you have notified us of other arrangements you have made in advance.
