July 15th-19th, we're taking an adventure "In the Wild" at Sycamore Hills Baptist Church. Join us from 9am-12pm Monday through Friday for our FREE Vacation Bible School (for students entering PreK through 4th grades) AND FREE Student Leadership Bootcamp (for students entering 5th through 8th grades). Students will enjoy Bible study, singing, special rotations and fun with friends. We will conclude the week with a VBS Concert and Cookies and Punch Celebration Friday, July 19th at 6:00pm.
Parents should plan to park and enter the building to sign in and sign out your child(ren) each day.
Students entering 5th grade through 8th grade will engage in our Student Leadership Bootcamp. Students will have opportunities to serve others during the regular VBS hours, as well as engage in Bible Study, Games, and Topical Speaker Sessions. A special opportunity for these 5th-8th graders to experience an extended day on Wednesday and Thursday of the VBS week will also be available from 12pm-4:00pm (lunch provided). This extended day is free, but students will need to have a spot reserved in order to participate. On these extended days, students will leave the church campus and participate in a community service project with their adult leaders. Enrollment is limited to 25 students (grades 5th-8th) to allow us to offer transportation to the service project. This will be a fun, challenging, and rewarding experience as these young people learn to be servant leaders!
