INFORMATION:
Awana 2019-2020 ...it's our 10 Year Anniversary of Awana at Old Town Baptist
Starts on Sunday, September 8th - 5:00-6:30 PM and continues on Sundays through towards the end of May.
Ages 2 through 5th grade.
Puggles - 2 year olds (by August 31st, 2019)
Cubbies - 3 - PreK
Sparks - Kindergarten through 2nd grade
Truth & Training (T&T) - 3rd through 5th grade
Registration fees (per clubber) are due ON September 8th:
Puggles - $30
Cubbies, Sparks, T&T - $40
Registration fees cover a variety of things: handbook, awards throughout the year, big book award, uniform, prize wheel treats, theme night treats, Awana store, etc. Checks should be made payable to Old Town Baptist Church with Awana in the memo line.
Please note that we ask for Clubbers (in Cubbies, Sparks and Truth & Training) to bring 50 cent dues each week. This gets them in the habit of giving. This money goes to help support our local Awana Missionary. We send him money each month to support him, as he supports us and other churches doing Awana in the area.
One additional note is that we will be asking for parents to commit to volunteer a few times during the year. Our club is growing and so is our need for those to serve. Specially in Cubbies, Sparks and T&T we will be asking parents to sign up to serve on a few nights each semester. If you are interested in committing to serve for the entire year then we would love to speak with you about that as well.
