REGISTRATION FOR GRADES KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 12TH GRADE IS CLOSED. CLASSES ARE FULL!
There will be an Adult class in the main sanctuary from 7PM - 8PM. Pre-registration is suggested for this class, but not required.
Sorry, there will be no Preschool class available this year.
We, here at First Baptist Church Polk City, look forward to spending time with your child at this year's Vacation Bible School, Destination Dig. We'll adventure into modern day Isreal and unearth the truth about Jesus.
By enrolling your child for Vacation Bible School (VBS) at First Baptist Church Polk City (FBC PC) the parent/guardian give permission for your child to participate in any and all activities related to the VBS program. Parent/guardian also agree to hold FBC PC, the Pastor, staff, and volunteers not responsible from any and all liability, claims, or demands for accidental personal injury, sickness, or death.
Medical - In the event the child suffers illness or injury that requires medical attention, the parent/guardian will be contacted as soon as possible by the phone number provided. Parent/guardian authorizes FBC PC and/or adult leaders to exercise reasonable judgement as to appropriate medical care for the child. All costs and expenses incurred will be the parent/guardian responsibility.
Photographs/Videos - Parent/guardian agree to allow photos and/or videos be take of child during the course of VBS.
