Glen Oaks Neighborhood VBS will be located at the Glen Oaks Clubhouse. Neighborhood VBS for ages 4 years old to 5th Graders!

Terms/conditions:  I/We consent to my/our child's participation in Glen Oaks Neighborhood VBS and certify that I/We are cognizant of the inherent dangers associated with partipation in Neighborhood VBS and with the fact that participating in the activity may take place outside of, or off of, the premises of First Baptist Church of Statesboro. I/We certify that my/our child is able to participate in Neighborhood VBS without any restrictions, except as noted herein. I/We assume all cost, risk and hazards incidental to such participation, including feeding and recreation. I/We hereby grant permission for any church staff or adult sponsor present to obtain necessary medical, dental, mental health treatment in case of sickness or injury to my child when I/We are not available to grant authorization and agree I/We shall be financially liable for said treatment and agree to indemnify and hold harmless First Baptist church Statesboro, its staff and adult sponseors for any such treatment. I/We do verify that the information given is correct, and waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless First Baptist Church Statesboro, its staff, sponsors, supervisors, and chaperones from any claims, demands and actions arising out of damage or injury to my/our child while articipating in First Baptist Church Statesboro activities whether the result of negligence or for any other cause.
