VBS is for kids 4 years old through 6th grade (completed).
VOLUNTEERS: If you can serve all week, one day or one hour - you are needed at Spark Studios VBS!
STUDENT REGISTRATION INFO BELOW:
PARTICIPANT TRANSPORTATION: Please contact Hunter Little (601-504-1521) if your child needs to ride the church van. You must be at least 4 years-old to ride. Space is limited so please make other transportation arrangements if possible.
DISMISSAL: After a child is registered, you will receive two sheets to display in the window of the car picking up the child. A child cannot be picked up unless the car displays the sheet or proper identification is provided. More information about this procedure will be sent to you.
NOTICE TO PARENTS: We have worked to promote and provide a safe environment for your child to learn about Christ and the ministry of Fredonia Baptist Church. Therefore each child is expected to abide by rules to ensure safety for all children and staff. By completing this on-line application you confirm that you understand that the program has the best interest of your child at heart and you release Fredonia Baptist Church, Inc. from any liability associated therewith.
NOTICE TO PARENTS: By completing this online registration, you are giving permission for your child to be photographed or videoed. Your child's photograph or video that your child appears in may be used in a church video, website or other promotional material. If you would like to opt out of this, please provide a written letter to the VBS Director.
