Bible Clubs is a fun and gospel centered ministry at Calvary Baptist Church that meets on Wednesday nights starting August 23rd 2023. This ministry is for children in Preschool through 12th Grade. We have games, snacks, lesson and a theme each week. We will meet from 6:30 PM to 8 PM (preschool- 7:45PM).

By registering your child, you agree to the following medical release: In case of a medical emergency: as a parent and/or guardian, I do herewith authorize the treatment by a qualified and licensed medical doctor of the registered child in the event of a medical emergency which, in the opinion of the attending physician, may endanger his/her life, cause disfigurement, physical impairment or undue discomfort if delayed. This authority is granted only after a reasonable effort has been made to reach me. Registering my child also serves to indicate my willingness to take full financial responsibility for any and all medical services rendered for the registered participant and in so doing, I relieve Calvary Baptist Church from and liabililty and financial responsibility as a result of said medical treatment.

By registering said participant you also will be agreeing to the following transportation release: Permission to ride Calvary's vans or bus: I give permission for my child to ride church vans or bus from home to church and from church to home only if transportation is needed. Please note: any additional trips away from the church will require a separate signed permission form which will include information concerning the trip for your child to be allowed to participate and ride the church vans or bus to the event.
