Your kids won't want to miss the brightest week of the year at First Baptist Church of Strafford’s  “Illumination Station” VBS 2026.

Illumination Station is a fun-filled week where kids (age 4 to completed 6th grade) will explore all the ways light brightens, illuminates, reflects, and reveals and find out how they can shine bright in a world where many people are in the dark about who Jesus is!

Each night, a FREE dinner will be served for the children beginning at 5:30 p.m. VBS will begin at 6:00 and will dismiss at 8:30 p.m. Parents/guardians who are picking up their children MUST come inside and pick up from the worship center. Thank you for helping us ensure the safety and security of our VBS participants!

Children are invited to bring an offering each day, which will be used to support our church's local and international mission efforts. This is not a requirement for attending VBS; it is simply an opportunity for some fun competition between the girls and boys and to give the children a bit of exposure to missions.

Make a special note on your calendar regarding Thursday night, June 4. We will be inviting parents and families to join us for a night of fun, including a special presentation of what the kids have been learning through the week as we close out our week of Illumination Station! More information about that evening will be sent home with your child during VBS.
