Hello and welcome to Rosemont Baptist's Church VBS-Destination Dig registration page!  We are so excited for you to join us as we "unearth the truth about Jesus" as we explore his word through song, crafts, and bible study.  VBS will be held at our church at 1598 E. Niagara Rd June 7th-June 11th from the hours of 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.  We will also hold "Family Night" Friday June 11th at which time all participants will receive a VBS T-Shirt.  Please fill out the registration in it's entirety and direct all questions to our Youth Minister Chris Dejong at youth@rosemontbaptist.org.  We look forward to meeting you!  

In registering your child for VBS-Rosemont Baptist Church you are agreeing to the following terms: 

1.) I, on behalf of my (our) child, assume the risk and promise to release, forever discharge and hold harmless Rosemont Baptist Church and/or it's directors, staff and volunteer leaders from any and all liability for personal injury or sickness and damage to personale or public property which might result from my (our) childen's participation in any and all church activities. 

2.) I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rosemont Baptist Church, its directors, staff, and volunteers for any liability incurred or property damage/loss sustained by Rosemont Baptist Church as the result of the negligent, willful, or intentional conduct of my child, including expenses attendant thereto. 

3.) I understand that Rosemont Baptist Church holds to a biblical understanding of marriage, gender and indentity.  Our VBS will be conducted in that manner.  

4.) I hereby certify that I have read and clearly understand these terms and that this authorization/waiver/convenant is being executed voluntarily.
