Cost is $25 per person for the boat rental. 

Floating the Buffalo River in Lobelville, TN on Saturday, September 14th. Meet at the church at 6:45am to leave by 7am. We will drive to Lobelville and raft the buffalo. The rafts are 6 person rafts and we need to reserve them in advance so please register as soon as possible. The cutoff for registration is Wednesday September 4th. 

The ages allowed on this trip are 1st and 2nd graders with an adult. 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders can go without an adult but we encourage parents to be a part of this trip. We need at least two adults in each 6 person boat. 

The outfitter will provide life jackets and paddles.  If you have your own life jacket please bring it since childdren must wear life jackets the entire time on the water. Each child must wear shoes that are tightly attached to their feet. No flipflops or crocs. Old tennis shoes are fine but water shoes or Keens might be more confortable if you have them. The trip costs $25 per person for the boat rental. Your child will also need about $15 for lunch on the ride home. The trip will take approximately 3 hours on the river and 4 hours of travel.
